The main reason I chose to list my home with you and Sutton Headwaters was your "no lock box" policy. The fact that you attended every showing, provided me with a real sense of security. The added benefit to this was having you at every showing where you were able to put forward the unique features of my home and property to each and every potential buyer. Afterwards you were able to provide me with good feedback from each showing and in a very timely manner. You didn't just list my home for sale, you SOLD my home. In my mind that clearly sets you above many of the agents out there today. Going over and above seemed to be a regular thing with you. Can't forget when you arrived with the whole family to power wash the pool, or when you helped out at my garage sale or coming to the rescue when my tenant moved out.
